Kyle Sabich is one of the main characters of the Apple TV+ streaming series Presumed Innocent. He is portrayed by Kingston Rumi Southwick.

Kyle is the second-born child of Rusty and Barbara Sabich.

Kyle plays catch with his father, Rusty, until he gets a call from his superior Raymond.
Eventually, Kyle arrives home on his bicycle and sees Rusty tossing a ball at the garage door. Rusty asks Kyle if he could show him his curveball, and Kyle agrees.
When a newscast where Rusty is confronted by the press over Carolyn's death, Kyle and his family watch it and are impressed by how Rusty handled it.
After some time passes, news that Nico won his election for district attorney against Raymond, and Kyle and his family watch it.
People vs. Rozat Sabich[]
As Kyle and Jaden play outside together, they are watched by their mother, Barbara, as she does the laundry. That night, while eating Chinese food for dinner, Barbara forces Rusty to reveal to them the affair he had with Carolyn. The news causes the two to retreat to Jaden's room, where their mother consoles them about what they learned and how they'll likely proceed with their lives.
The next day, Kyle awakens Rusty at dawn by tossing a tennis ball at their garage door. Although Rusty tries to reason with him, Kyle is too upset with him. To make matters worse, the police arrive at the house to search. Eventually, the police arrest Rusty, and Kyle, alongside his family, attends Rusty's arraignment. After this, he sits with his family after Rusty is released without bond.
Discovery[]
As the press was stationed outside his family's home, he enjoyed breakfast with his family.
After the pre-trial hearing concerning his family's case, he listens to Rusty's explanation of how well it went. It takes a turn when Jaden asks about the evidence against him, and after Rusty explains it, Kyle asks about the possibility of a plea deal. Kyle notes the difference between the sentencing for murder and manslaughter. This causes Rusty to nearly have a nervous breakdown in the bathroom, where Barbara consoles him. Kyle later apologizes to him for his question.
Eventually, Barbara attends a baseball game where Kyle plays in it.
Receiving the pictures that Michael Caldwell had taken when he visited Carolyn's house, it's revealed that Kyle was riding his bike by Carolyn's house on the night that she died.
The Burden[]
One night, Kyle's parents visit him and ask why he rode his bike in front of Carolyn's house. He admits that he knew about the affair beforehand and wanted to see her himself. Kyle is later mentioned in a conversation between Rusty and Barbara, who suggests that he have therapy.
Eventually, Kyle does with Dr. Liz, and this is told to Barbara. It's also suggested that she, along with her family, see separate therapists.
Pregame[]
When Tommy reviews the picture evidence in Rusty's case, he spots Kyle in a couple of pictures but doesn't recognize him.
One day, as Rusty was leaving for Raymond's office, he found his bike in the trash. Kyle claimed it had many problems, so he decided to throw it away.
On the day of Rusty's trial, Kyle and his family are escorted by police to the court, where they sit and watch as the proceedings proceed.

Kyle and Jaden sit on the couch, and the news about their father makes them think that a mistrial would be necessary.
Eventually, Kyle reveals to Jaden that their father was taking Ritalin for his condition, and Jaden laments over this.
On the day that Rusty has to testify, Kyle, alongside his mother and sister, sits in the audience area.
The Verdict[]
Kyle appears in the kitchen where his mother and father are talking and takes a plate from his father.
He's later seen attending the court trials until his father is acquitted of all charges against him.
He's last seen interacting with his family at their house.
